Water Treatment Sales Engineer and Sales Manager Role

Looking for an energetic team player, who values sales and business development. The ideal candidate must have the drive for personal growth by joining our team and interested in quickly accelerating to executive management. In the Water Treatment Sales Engineer and the Sales Manager role, the positions will be responsible for the growth and retention of ChemREADY’s Water Treatment business in the region. The individual will develop new business and cultivate current clients in conjunction with the current Water Treatment Service Team. In addition, the position will be tasked with meeting sales goals, building and maintaining relationships, networking, and promoting our brand within Water Treatment applications. This position is considered on our executive level management track. Target markets and applications will be in the Industrial process water, industrial Waste Water, Filtration, Cooling Towers, Boilers and Closed Loop treatment. Degree from Life Sciences with chemical or water testing background and/or Certified Water Treatment Certification would be a plus.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement a long term strategic business plan for building volume and profitability within the assigned Territory for Water Treatment Services and Chemical Sales.
Identify, develop, and maintain existing and new accounts in the Central Indiana market.
Develop and perform all sales activities in the assigned territory (i.e. lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting).
Work closely with our customers to provide water treatment programs tailored to their specific needs and on occasion provide service to existing accounts & obtain orders.
Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Promotion and sales of maintenance services to new and existing customers.
Schedule service and sales calls – includes daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
