Water first passes carbon/KDF to fight scale and remove organics, then an RO membrane to cut dissolved solids, then three DI stages that polish water, and finally a charged membrane that blocks bacteria and viruses.
The Plus keeps water moving through the final micro filter and the tank. The tank has an internal spray ball and an air vent to help keep outside contaminants out. A float tells the controller when to add fresh water. The control panel’s digital monitor and enclosed pump help limit bacteria growth.
Change the carbon/KDF, RO, and final bacteria/virus filter about every 6 months. Replace DI cartridges as needed based on use and water quality.
